Thanks to Joy the Baker, I was inspired to create a pudding this week.
It’s tasty and it’s reasonable healthy.
Cut apricots in half and dip them in sugar
Grill them
Caramelise them if you wish
Top with Greek style yogurt and eat
I don’t think I’d get away with calling this baking unless I was inspired by Joy the Baker, she makes me want to bake and to eat every single day.
